A bit loud but works great
Once the motor and gear box was removed it was a very easy drop in replacement. As I noted in the headline, even appropriately greased up, it is a bit louder but so briefly operated it's tolerable.

Superior quality to oem plastic gear

Worked Great After Modification
After I installed the gear, the slide motor was binding up and would not move the slide out or in. I removes the gear and cleaned the grease off and decided to check it against my old gear, the gear has a raised boss on the top side so you can see it was about 1/16" taller than the old one so I decided to grind the boss off flush with the top. Re-installed it and it works just fine. Little noisier than the plastic one but you only usually put it out once then back in when you pack up.

Had to grind down in order to fit.
Aside from having to grind it down go fit, it worked perfectly the one time I used it before selling the trailer.
