customer service is great and seeing progress
I am seeing little bits of success, new nail growth seems to be coming in clean. I had occasion to contact customer support regarding the correct way to recharge the device. I explained that the manual seemed lacking in helpful information and was informed that it is currently being revamped to include answers to several of my questions including correct usage, troubleshooting charging information. I also received a call from Yoni to walk me through the issue I was having that was remedied by his instruction. I appreciate the attention to helping me be successful.EDIT> It is a few months now of regular, daily use and I am tickled to see improvement that I did NOT see with anything else, not even the heavy duty meds.I continue to be impressed with the progress I see.
