does what they advertise
This thing is pretty much mickey mouse and cheaply made but you get what you pay for so i wasn't expecting much of it but it does work

Failed after first use.
Plugged into my 2000 Chevy S10 momentarily showed battery voltage. Then, nothing with all zeros. DVOM plugged into breakout box socket 16 showed no voltage. Tried it on my 96 Grand Marquis gave same results. Continuity test on plug pin 16 to socket 16 showed open circuit. Chinese junk doesn't always describe a boat. Due to covid, I'm past my return window. I'm stuck with it.
