Love Monopoly and love the new TMNT even more.This version is kind of disappointing. The money is themed and really cool. The board isn't bad but the houses/hotels are really generic. The player pieces are very boring. There is another version that has much better player pieces but costs considerably more. In the end, I decided to use Lego TMNT mini-figs for the pieces as I have multiple of each and they are absolutely perfect for player pieces.The properties are ok, nothing great but there are no unique rules for the TMNT edition. All the themed versions I have played have had unique ruleset for them. I forget the "turtle rules" they included, but it wasn't anything unique or changed the game.

It was missing property cards

Overall, the description was accurate as it did say all pieces present. Just didn’t mention one was broken in half. There were also some unrelated plastic chips from another game in box. The playing board was torn a little but not too bad. The cards and money were in good shape. Overall, it is a playable set... but not at all giftable. Would have been much happier had it not been for the broken piece.
