Stainless Leak Proof Water Bottle Cup/Pot Kettle With Mouth Spreader Hanger

From the photos, I was under the impression that this was a single wall bottle. It’s not. Double wall bottles are not made to boil over a fire because they can burst. Plus the plastic ring on top will melt so you may as well cut it off first thing

I purchased two of these bottles with nested pots. The bottles are great. No complaints. I dropped one of the cups on my carpeted living room floor, and the handle fell off. I kid you not. I think the factory just needs to turn the juice up on their welder. Additionally, the lip of the pot cover possesses a really nice burr, so if you forget your knife, you at least have the pot lid to do your cutting with. The other nice thing about the pot lid is that you can't use it with the bail handle attached. If you have the means (sand paper and tools), the issues can be remedied in short order. With a little fine tuning at the factory, this kit would give the higher priced options a run for their money. As it is, and for the price, it's still not a bad deal. *Photo note: The modified pot (the one the handle fell off of) is on the left, and factory pot on the right.

Perfect quality and fast delivery. There is a similar set that costs twice as much only due to having a famous person's logo. Why pay all that money when this product is perfect?

I really like the style but took what seemed to be months to deliver I wasn't able to use it with my LifeStraw water bottle cap which was its intended purpose

I just got this and there is a seam visible on the inside that's not on the outside. When I washed it, it got hot on the outside very fast though. To me without calipers to measure it or cutting it in half to verify that it's not double wall, I don't quite trust it. That said, it will still work fine with the cup to boil in and it holds a lot of liquid and comes with a lid and fire hanger. So not overall bad. I had Amazon credits, so it only cost me $20. Shipping is from China. Only took mine about two weeks to get here.

I think for the money this is a decent purchase, but the cap on the bottle leaks from the start. If you fill and turn over it will leak. Buyer be aware. I tried a Nalgene and a Hydro Flask cap and they both fit, but they also leak. I believe there is a tolerance off in the lid or lip of the bottle.That being said a decent value if you keep it upright. I will try the cup and the bottle with flame and report back.

overall the kit is well built, I mean, it's stainless steel with spot welds so not hard to make, but overall I am happy. Be prepared for a long ship - it's coming from overseas.

Pretty good all around and it could be great, but with the plastic lid and retaining ‘strap’ on the water bottle you can’t use it to boil water. If you could remove the lid without ruining it I would give it 5 stars but you can’t. I may be a little particular about this but I don’t like buying things just to have to modify them to function the way I need.
