My 6 year old son has always had a problem with bowl movements, he has even had to go to the hospital for sever constipation. We have been struggling finding something that works. He tried fiber chewable tables and he hate those. We started him on these a couple weeks ago and they have worked great! he loves the flavor and doesn't mind taking them. His poop has always been hard and it's always been hard for him to go. These have help him go more often, able to go easier and has more complete bowl movements. We will keep buying them

I know these are marketed for Kids, but as an adult I love gummy vitamins! Who wants to swallow tasteless pills when you can have nutrition in gummy form? These actually taste really good and the texture is much softer than a gummy bear. I've tried other brands of gummy supplements and these have the best flavor BY FAR. They are very fruity without tasting "fake" or like cough syrup.There aren't too many gummies in the bottle, but I only take these if I feel like I need an extra boost of fiber, so I don't feel like I am running out. However, if you are someone who needs fiber supplements every day, then this bottle may be too small for you.I don't take fiber supplements daily, so the effect is noticeable when I do take them. Overall I say this product taste greats and works well, but the amount you get is small.

My 5 year old has always been a non-super pooper. After the fiber gummy bears that he used to take were discontinued, we gave benefiber a try. Not a great idea, as he was a nonstop poop factory. Stumbled upon these and they're great! He loves the taste and they work like magic! I do wish they were a bit more powerful in less gummy. He has 3 of these each day and 2 regular vitamin gummies, so it's a lot. But, he doesn't complain ;)

These are my son's favorite fiber gummies. I've tried them out of curiosity as well. They have great flavor but do stick to your teeth.

The gummies are a great idea, but very thick and hard for my child to eat. The orange flavor was good, the red my child didn't like at all. I noticed a small difference after use, but still in need of something that can bring a bit more relief to potty time.

I got these for my son who has dealt with chronic constipation. These were chosen over the others based on the value and quantity in the bottle. It was relatively cheap compared to some of the other choices for kids fiber gummies. So we gave them a shot.Totally worth it! He started taking them and since then has not had any issues with constipation. The gummies help keep him regular and from having painful poos. My only complaint is that it is still only about a months supply when taken daily.

My 7 year old was severely constipated and complaining of his stomach hurting. A couple of weeks after using this plus a probiotic and he is feeling MUCH better. Thankfully I don't have to force him to take these either, they taste good enough for him to take them every day without a complaint.
