After contacting customer service about the fabric, they stated it was a different lot number. Although The colors differ so wildly I can't in good faith believe that. A different lot number might mean a light difference in shade, not a wildly different color. They offered to allow me to return it.And I may decide to do that if it won't interfere with the time crunch I'm in for my project. Regardless, I won't be ordering this fabric again as I expect colors to be at least in a similar range when attempting to order the same thing from the same listing as previously. I will again attempt to add the photo of the fabrics side by side.New review: I ordered this again. And the product is a completly different color. I wanted more of the same color I had before. This aqua color is not what I expected after having purchased this fabric previously. I expext consistency when purchasing the same product from the same listing.Old review: Fabric is a good weight. It feels like what someone might use on solid, but not too heavy curtains. If using for clothes, I'd suggest lining it as the fabric isn't super soft. Probably good for a cape or cloak. I'd consider using it for a medieval type dress if you either line it or wear a smock under it. You should either serge or zigzag stitch your fabric before prewashing it since it frays.
