Wonderful kit for book binding. I am making art journals and everything you need as a beginner is in here. Good quality. I learned about it on YouTube (can't remember who said it at the moment) and am glad I have it in my supply kit.

This is a fantastic little set to get started with journaling or books! I find this is definitely making my life easier. I love my bone folders!!

I am very new to the practice of making my own books or journals. After seeing some bookbinding videos, I decided I wanted to try. This set was inexpensive and had everything I needed. I have sewn 2 small books now and I'm excited to do more.

Used this to make character pamphlets for my 1920s murder mystery party. The kit was amazing!

I intended to purchase only an awl, but for just a little more it was convenient to have a set of basic tools plus waxed thread.

This is a great place to start. The snips and thimble are not so great, but the rest of the tools are great! The waxed threads make learning to stitch signatures a breeze. The bone folder and scorer make for precise and crisp folds.

I finally tried it, it works great for a journal not overly thick, I enjoy using the bone folder, the waxed thread really holds everything together tightly I would recommend it
