The Mirror is surprisingly bright, wasn't expecting it at this price point. It came nicely packaged in multiple layers without any scope for damage. The best of all is the anti-fog feature and it works like a charm :-D. The mirror has only vertical mounts, it would have been better if it had horizontal mounts (You can still mount it horizontally, but I did not feel confident enough to do it :-)). All in all, this is the best LED Mirror I have seen at this price point.

Shocked it came in unbroken, but it did! Knew ordering it that it’s not super bright like $3000 mirrors, but looks awesome works as described and little dim but not bad! Love it! put LED strip around outside and hard wired it with mirror to use with switch sooooo awesome love it

This item sat in our porch for weeks pending the completion of our bathroom. I was afraid it could break during shipment , but luckily it arrived in perfect condition. Our contractor/installer decided to add additional support to the wall due to the size and weight of the mirror. It looks beautiful and we are very pleased to have chosen it.

This mirror is very nice and well made. You should be aware that the light from the mirror alone is not enough to illuminate an entire bathroom by itself, you’ll probably need additional lighting( this is the only reason I didn’t give five stars). An unexpected surprise was that the two buttons on the front of the mirror light up blue when the mirror is off & give enough light to act as a nightlight.

I have zero issue or complaints with this product. I’m in need of another because our contractor accidentally cracked the corner on one of two matching 48x36 inch mirrors. Now it says currently unavailable. Will it come back???

I bought the 20×28 to fit my small bathroom. It came in with very good packaging. The light is bright and works well. I recommend if you are looking for an anti-fog led mirror.

1.) Mirror does not have memory function.2.) Horrible seller communication process.3.) 5 year warranty seems to be worthless.First purchased this mirror in 2021. Mirror worked as described and life was good…loved the memory of the mirror! Able to control the mirror with the bathroom light switch. Mirror totally stopped working after about 8 months. Meanwhile, purchased second mirror but the memory function on the second mirror does not work. Reached out to the seller via Amazon app and spent weeks back and forth, explaining issue and sending pictures. Seller finally advised me that the new mirror does not have memory function like the first one did. By this time it was too late to return through Amazon. Months ago Seller said new controller would be sent for first mirror but that I would have to remove the old controller and reattach the replacement with silicone to back of mirror. Not sure if the new controller will have any memory function as I have not received anything yet. If I ever receive replacement parts, I will update this review and let you know how it works.

The media could not be loaded. I like it for my makeup place, first of all it's very easy to install just install to hooks and fix the mirror on top. Can be done by 1 person. It has anti fog and dimmable light touch control. I like the lights in it, it goes from very low to nice bright, with extra surrounding lights it can be a perfect mirror.
