Small yet uses full sized parts.
It's not ultra small, just small. You can install a full sized GPU. Full sized optical drive. (I installed a blueray reader/writer. Full sized PSU (Power Supply Unit). The only part I had to watch for on size is the motherboard. Mini-ITX. Not ATX. This was not a problem and I found several good quality MBs that fit for cheap. After installing everything, I found it not bad to work in. Plugging in the MB cables for the power switch, reset switch, speaker and LED activity light was hard but they all are. If your MB came with a connector block then this isn't an issue. Again, these cables are the bane of a computer tech's existence. This case provides several options including laying it on its side or... another side. This case also allows you to install water cooling. Not my thing but it can fit.

Still a fantastic case after 2.5 years
I had very specific space requirements when I was searching for cases to replace my aging Cooler Master with something better and this one in it's horizontal configuration was the best looking option I found. I needed something that supported larger GPUs and good hardware but could fit in a shelf on my TV stand.Currently the case houses a very capable gaming system:Asrock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITX/acRyzen 7 5800X3DGeForce RTX 3080 TiSamsung 970 Evo Plus*The 5800X3D is cooled by only a 120mm AIO. Sure, if you push it with CineBench it will throttle, but under normal gaming operation it stays well shy of throttling. The airflow to the 3080Ti is much improved if you remove the mesh on the side, but I get enough performance leaving it in place although I do end up hitting the 83C throttle point of nVidia GPUs.Overall though... this case allows me to stuff a 120mm AIO, another additional cooling fan, and an exhaust fan in almost the same footprint as my old case which only allowed me the intake with the 120mm AIO which left most of my other components to roast. Having the exhaust actually pushes the hot air out instead of it floating around and recycling back inside like my old case, and I have the option of sacrificing dust filtration for better temperatures even though I already have better temperatures than I did before.*My Motherboard is one of those older ITX boards that placed m.2 slots on the back of the board, not anticipating the temperatures that late m.2 Gen 3x4 SSDs would reach. There is enough clearance under the motherboard to install a low profile heatsink on the SSD to keep it from roasting as well. I also was able to sandwich the heatsink against the bottom cover of the case with a thermal pad between for additional heat dissipation.

It is indeed compact, and a 3-slot RTX 3090 does fit.
This case is actually a little smaller than the CoolerMaster cube case, except for one dimension, the most important dimension: a 3-slot video card. The case is a little longer and compact in the other dimensions.Interestingly, when you mount a power supply in here, the PSU doesn't actually share any case "walls" with the PSU, so air coming into the PSU or going out, has to pass through some vacant space in the case. This presents an issue because it effectively means you can't actually have one of the panels on the case while it's running. In my case, I'm using an ATX 850W PSU, and its exhaust blows into this little pocket, which conceals things like the power switch and power cord so the case is prettier, but it means I can't actually use the _solid_flat_lid_with_no_holes_ on the case because there'd be nowhere for that extremely hot exhaust to vent to. With the lid on, the lid heats up and almost burns me, every component gets 20deg C hotter, even ones not nearby, since that hot air has to go somewhere, ya know? The sides that do have the pre-made holes come with these fancy magnetic screens that are removable, which is a great feature. I've fully removed them, which really helps the air flow. I probably need to invest in some additional fans to force more air through my radiator as well, but as long as that side/lid of the case is off, everything seems to operate at a just fine temperature. It was pretty awkward to route the cables in and around this thing due to its compactness. There is one piece, the metal bracket with the big round hole in it (visible in both attached pictures) that is labeled "BACK" on one site, however, you *must* install it backwards if you intend to use a big video card. It positions that exhaust hole wrong though, according to the lid's pre-made holes though, which seems like a shame. They went through the trouble to ensure that the plate is reversible, but don't have a panel that supports the reverse side. Lost opportunity I guess. But, as you can see, everything actually looks pretty nice, even with the lid off, so I'm not too too too distraught about it.All things considered, it really is a nice and nicely made case.

Impressive!
Overall very impressed with this case. Very high quality manufacturing, very solid and tough. For having a small form factor footprint, easily fits full sized air cooler and large GPU. Tons of different ventilation configurations and cooling options. I really have no complaints at all and it pretty much exceeded my expectations in every way. Great ITX case
Great quality for ITX case. Fit a big ol' ASUS AMD 6900 XT graphics card easily. It doesn't like long power supplies, 160mm maximum. But like all small cases, it doesn't breath very well when playing games. My graphics card and CPU got a bit toasty. Great case for a mid range build.
