The media could not be loaded.  This light is installed now for almost a month now and it works really well. Even on cloudy days it gets enough charge to go for several hours and a sunny day charge makes it last almost all night till dawn. No hassle, turns on automatically at dusk and turns off at dawn. I have no issues with folding the umbrella after installing it. I would highly recommend it.

I struggled a little putting these on. I'm short umbrella's tall, finally turned in upside down on living room floor. It would have been easier if the lights came with clips instead of zip ties. Light isn't as bright as it seems in the photo. It's a softer warm light enough so you can sit and see who you're talking to. Best thing is no patio light less bugs. I installed them in the morning and by the time it was dark about 9 PM they lit up. I leave the on and they go on and off as the sun rises and set. They seem to last all night. I'm really satisfied with this purchase.

I like the string of lights. Not too bright or weak. Just for show and comfort on an otherwise dark evening. Easy to install and operate solar charger.

In the first few months the lights worked great. We sure enjoyed how pretty they looked and gave the touch we wanted. However, after 6 mos they failed to sun charge or light up. Unfortunately, that is beyond the return the item. No response from seller. Junk!!!

Now i know what wrestling with an octopus would be like. Make sure you’re doing this on a cool day sine it gets hot under that umbrella which is where you have to spend an hour or two to deal with the zip ties. Seriously, would it bankrupt the manufacturer to provide useful instructions?? Or at least include a few extra zip ties to replace the ones your customers have to cut off because they have to figure out how to do this without guidance? 3 stars due to lack of instructions. I don’t know yet how the lights look or work so I may be revising my rating - stay tuned.

**Update winter 2023** These lights are still going bright and strong, had to replace a few zip ties this fall, no problems with the lights at allThese where easy enough to install the soft rope-like texture kept them from getting tangled. I really appreciate the length of wire to go to the solar clip part. The clip has held up well, the lights come on and go off automatically. We've had them up for 3 weeks with no problems even in a couple of windstorms (north Chicagoland). Make sure you pull the film off your solar panel. We let it charge a full day and then fiddled with the power and modes buttons.
