I purchased this for my GF for Xmas and she loves it as she is very task focused. She does this each night before bed and fills in the water reminder throughout the day.I looked at around 40 of these before buying this one.Its very versatile and durable.

It has arrived just in time to start my February goals. I never start in January for a new year. But the book itself is beautiful, soft smooth cover. Bigger then I expected. A normal sized journal.Highly recommend for anyone who needs a break from electronically logging and logging it old school! I can't wait to try the set for next year!

I love this! It’s simple and not to overwhelming. I’m someone who’s journaling everyday and every chance I can, I really wanted something to use as my morning and night time meditation. Journaling has always been that for me. But I love this one because I really wanted something with simple prompts. The pages are pretty and for me these prompts are perfect for my current self care routine. (:
