UPDATEAfter reaching out to the seller to inquire about a warranty, the seller's only question was my address. A new lunch box was delivered on a federal holiday (not Amazon). After using the product and rereading the instructions, I might add some helpful information to the page. 1. I learned while shopping for a new lunch box that other containers can be used to hold the food. Any food-safe microwavable material can be used. Hefty makes a meal prep container that fits perfectly. 2. With your meal inside a closed container, add water to cover the bottom of the stainless steel liner and close the lunch box. The water won't leak under normal lunch carrying conditions. I don't have access to any gorillas first any other types of testing. 3. Depress the silicon circle in the center of the lid to vent the lunch box before plugging in the lunch box. The meal will be reheated in 30-40 minutes.Personally, I don't want to use a community microwave. I also like to have fish and Indian food leftovers for lunch. Both are workplace microwave no-nos. My coworkers seem to enjoy the same food smell coming from this lunch box. People are always asking what I'm having for lunch today. My lunch always tastes better than it tasted at dinner. Ironically, I haven't reheated spaghetti yet. It's on the list now. The food isn't reheated to piping hot. It's just right—even soups.I really enjoyed it until I had to eat a cold lunch. Four months isn't a long time. I didn't even use it every day. I also found the portion size a little too big. It should have sections.

I use this a few times a week. The inner tray is removable for easy cleaning or when I want to pack my lunch the night before. I just put the inner tray in the refrigerator and the next morning, take it out, put it in the heating portion, snap the lid on, and I'm ready to go. The handle and spot for utensils is handy. I wish the cord were a tiny bit longer, but it still works fine if you are just plugging in on top of a counter. Within 20-30 minutes my lunch is hot and ready to eat! No need for a microwave. I like the bag, but I use my regular lunch bag because it is a bit larger so I can pack my water jug in the same bag. The bag that come with, is large enough to pack a can of soda and a small snack as well as the lunch box. I use this lunch box way more than I thought I would, because I don't need to leave my workspace to go wait in line to use the microwave.

This is great 4 my hubby that works construction. I love to make his lunch, mostly of dinner the night before. You plug it up in your car bout 20min b4 lunch and he said it was actually hot. And he's the type to still hear up his food after I just cooked it because it lost a little heat lol 😆. My hubby's finicky tho and I love him 4 it. This is a great way to show him you love him and he'll think of while he's eating lunch! I can't remember now if it came with a wall charger, I'd check on that. I think k it did tho. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that the lid is a pain to lock in sometimes and I'm afraid it will leak or whatever. But that bag is perfect size and insulated so 🤷. It's frustrating sometimes but overall WORTH IT! Oh, and the portion size is perfect for my man who's 6'2 and 190lbs. Lol I do with that insert was divided so you can add more sides. It's one medium but deep lunch box with a removable container inside that fits a side or dressing or whatever.

I started a job for the summer as a tollbooth attendant at a boat launch. I was looking for something that I could heat my food in since leaving my post isn't an option esp during our busy days. The reviews are spot on. It holds a lot of food, and heats up quickly. I haven't tried using in my car but I can't imagine it's no different than using the plug. This is great for travel esp in era of covid since some eateries are having trouble keeping staff to stay open.The only cons I see are: the container needs to be lined up properly so it snaps shut. I can see if someone forced thesnaps there would be a good chance it could break since it's a heavy plastic.The insulated bag has a strong anise or black liquorice smell that was somewhat nauseous. I've been airing it out and the smell isn't that strong now but it's there. I bought another 3 PC lunch system and just use that bag to transport.If you're debating on getting it, just buy it. I wish I would've gotten this sooner.

Product has lid that not property fit the item. The bag it comes with, is not the same as advertised. It’s made of cheap material and made without accurate performance.I would recommend to pick another product.

Everything on the inside is good. The problem is this lid. The gasket to prevent spilling doesnt seal or connect the the bowl and maybe thats why the lid doesn't close properly. Im scared to put force to lock it cuz its all plastic on the outside and dont want to break it. Good utensils. Heats up well. Just be careful with any food that has thin liquids.

This electric lunch box works great I plugged it in a hour before my lunch and it was pippin hot(meat loaf &green beans) the bag was big enough to hold a large ice pack and a can soda w/lunch box.Very impressed with this purchase.

Calienta muy bien los alimentos. Funciona muy bien en el auto.

Food warms quickly.

La lonchera tiene un bonito diseño pero el plástico se siente algo frágil, además de que para calentar alimentos que no contengan líquidos tarda más, si los calienta pero dura hasta 40 minutos, en cambio para sopas y caldos si cumple con los 25 minutos que promociona. Lo que he notado con el tiempo que llevo usándola es que el platico con el que sella para que no salgan los líquidos a veces no encaja como debería con la tapa, así que tengo que tener cuidado con eso para no derramar nada
