It works
It works but why does the seller package this well and the matching shampoo is tossed in box with no packaging or tape and left to leak everywhere?

Product leaks out in shipping
This is a very good product but every time we buy it from Amazon, it arrives with the top loose and some of the product leaked out. Its better to buy the product another way besides online but not many retail stores sell this. The leakage could either be the failure of the manufacturer to seal the top in a secure manner or the method Amazon ships the product.

I'm residue & build up free!! Excellent shampoo!
I'm a dread head and using regular shampoo isn't good for me. I moved and our water is extremely hard so I got this on recommendation after I experienced build up with other shampoos claiming to be residue free. I'm so glad I got this shampoo! Within 2 uses my hair & scalp were cleared of all build up & residue! It cleans nicely but also doesn't Rob your hair of natural moisture. The pump & bottle are very nice quality too. I've been using it for about 3 months now & I don't plan on switching to anything else! I highly recommend this shampoo if you have residue, build up or hard water issues too.
