Gerber Baby Boy and Girls 4-Pack Sleeper Gown

NB size fit my 9.5 wk old 5lb 16" micro preemie perfectly. I expected it to fit bigger since most NB size shirts etc. do fit her bigger. I am happy with the fit, however, I would recommend a size bigger for normal growing NBs that are 18" and 7lbs plus.

Love these gowns. The last thing I want to do at 3 in the morning is worry about buttons, zippers & pant legs. These make changing a breeze. My little guy is 9 lbs and the gowns are definitely still a bit big on him, but that’s expected & he will have room to grow into them. Love that they have the flip mittens to prevent baby scratches. They are a little thinner so definitely better for summer nights - I use a swaddle blanket with them if it is cold. The only other thing to note is that the collar cutout is pretty wide - which is nice for getting baby into the gown, but sometimes his shoulders have slipped through the top. I’m sure it will be less of a problem as he gets bigger .

The sleepers are a nice quality cotton amd a good value for the price. I'm taking stars off because they are 0-6 months....but they are huge. No baby under 6 months can wear these. I would say these are 6-12 months size based on comparing with other sized items I have. I don't know why its impossible to find 0-3 sleep suits.

Who designs these?! The patterns are adorable and when you first put your sweet bundle of goodness in them you think, oh, they'll grow into them. I mean, they are sized for 0-6 months. I don't know ANY baby who would fit into an article of clothing when they're a month old and again at 5 months old. The shoulders are too wide. My baby was 6lb15oz at birth and they were huge on the chest and shoulders. Now at 3 ½ months she's 15 lbs and the shoulders are still too big for her, but now the gowns are too short. I think I would have had better luck adding fabric to the bottom of a onesie and making them myself. But who wants to do that when they are 500 weeks pregnant? No one. The answer is no one. Don't buy these unless you're expecting your baby to be a square shaped little human.

I was looking for something to make diaper changes a breeze. The on off of clothes would cause our baby to cry.I tried these cute little jammies and they are definitely easier!! The pros are they slide up and down so changing that diaper is easy! I also love, love, LOVE that the hands are like mittens because our newborn has scratched his face a few times already. They give him free movement but protect him at the same time.There is one con, they are a bit big. Granted my baby is a newborn at close to 7 lbs. So maybe he needs to grow a bit before these fit well. We pull them all the way down and curl it under him to keep it in place, then we swaddle him so his feet stay warm. They fit him perfectly at around 9-10 lbs.I would recommend these bearing the ideal starting weight and I would definitely buy them again.

I knew when I bought these that they had a pretty wide size range, especially for an infant. My granddaughter was born on the smaller side, just over 6 pounds so of course they are going to be too big for a while. The sleeves have the built in fold over mittens so they don't scratch their soft skin, a huge plus.However, for softness, they are perfect, and the designs could not be any cuter. I would highly recommend these for any baby girl.

I am in love with these gowns. I purposely purchased them a size up from what my daughter needed because I wanted to be able to keep them for a while. They are lightweight, so my daughter is able to be comfortable in her night gown and sleep sack. Other pajamas and night gowns were heavy and in combination with my daughter’s blanket or sleep sack, she’d wake up sweaty and uncomfortable.Also, these night gowns make for extremely convenient late night diaper changes. There are not snaps or zippers. Just the loose elastics at the bottom. This allows me to pull the gown up, make a quick change and pull it right back down without too much of a disturbance to my sleepy baby.I will be purchasing another set for myself and a set for my brother, who is having a baby in a few months. These are just too awesome not to have a few on hand. They are super cute and functional. If I had to give any kind of downside I would have to say that I wish they came in a wider variety of colors.

I have never thought that Gerber made great baby clothes. They make great baby food but the baby clothes are always cheaply made. However, they are also low priced and I think they offer great options for affordable prices. I ordered these gowns because I fell in love with the prints. The price for 4 gowns is pretty hard to beat so you can expect them not to be super amazing quality. However, I think the quality is still good. These are thinner gowns which makes them good for Spring and Summer. They have mitten hands which is awesome because you usually only find those on size Newborn clothing. These are pretty roomy right now on my newborn baby boy, but its a gown. Gowns are not made to be fitted. I love that there is plenty of room to grow. Stitching seems find on them so far but they have not been washed. The colors are just as vibrant in person and the designs are just as cute. I would definitely order these again or buy them for a friend. You cannot really beat this price for 4 gowns.

I don't like it when I wash it it change the texture like it losses. And my baby doesn't like it. He keeps on kicking the lower area. What I like here is it has a cover for my LO hands that could cover while at night because he keeps on scratching his head. No need for mittens.
