Lots of examples puuting into practice
Starting a change can seem overwhelming. This book helped me break down change into small steps. I recommend it.

Good Change
This short book about kaizen or “good change” offers readers a chance to learn more about making small changes in one’s life that will lead to self-improvement. If you are interested in learning relatively stress-free methods of making small changes in your life, then this is for you. It has great imagery throughout, so that helps with the subject matter.

Fancy cover - fluffy material
I don't understand why there seems to be no verified reviews for this product even though it gives full stars and 20 something reviews. I wish I dove into this before purchasing. I am not completely through the book yet but so far it "feels" like the author 'maybe" went to Japan and 'maybe' had a few stories to tell but the content seems mostly fluff so far and standard stuff you would get researching on youtube for a couple hours. After reading first few chapters, I really wish I didn't spend $11 bucks and I will try to read more but hate spending the time on it anymore honestly. I will adjust my review if I finish reading and can change my opinion moving forward. This could be a nice subject if more effort was taken on content.

Great Up to When the CD Craps Out
Content reinforced what I learned about habit formation from other authors. HOWEVER, I could only listen to up to track 4 of the MP3 compact disc. Like a radio transmission from an alien world, the audiobook became garbled and unintelligible around track four. The CD publisher obvious doesn’t know anything about the continuous quality improvement kaizen creates.
