Works pretty well but water can pool on top
I've used this to prevent Green June Beetles from laying eggs in the soil and protecting seedlings from cabbage loopers and cabbage worms.My main comment is that water can pool on top of it and remain for an extended period of time. This means you sometimes need to remove the covers to water plants, which leaves them open to pests for a time and can be a nuisance.
