When it comes to my ears I like them being as clean as I can get them. Recently while working outdoors I had a tick that decided to make a home out of my ear. Who could blame it, standing at 6’2” he or she probably had some amazing views. They say you should never use Q-tips to clean out your ears but I think it’s something the ENT docs came up with to keep them in business. You can use a Q-tip if you use it correctly. You can’t push everything towards the ear drum with it. I use a twisting motion and stay to the outer walls of the ear trying to avoid pushing the wax towards the drum.With all that being said this little handy tool is a must have. I’m sure it will definitely come in handy with your kids and making sure they are staying on top of cleaning their ears. But it was a moment like this that seems to be what would create nightmares for most including myself. And that’s a spider, moth, or some creepy crawly that decides to use your ear drum as a new home. This comes with an assortment of tips that are useful in all types of scenarios. I would post the pics but the amount of blood that came out along with the tick was a lot. And this little microscopic tip makes everything like larger than it is. So I thought that part could stay out of the review.You can’t beat the price for this great tool either. It’s made very well and comes with a great case that stores all the tips in it and the base also acts as the charger. I must warn you just like the manufacturer that you need to be careful with using this at first. It actually has a different view for the left and right ear but the operation is still backwards and take a little to get used to. I’ve gone in to far and I’m sure anyone reading this heard me scream a multitude of curse words. So please be careful with this great tool. I don’t really write reviews but this company did an amazing job with the build of this thing. I’ve also used this on my dog to check in her ears since she was having an issue with hers as well. This is great for kids, husband and wives, and seniors like my dad that have to fight a forest of hair to get inside his ear to clean it. Comes with a USB-C charging cord, charging base, and 12 tips in the charging base and one on the tool for a total of 13 tips. They range in all different types and sizes that can be used in a wide array of needs. This device is built exceptionally well and is made with great materials.Thank you BeBird for this amazing tool. easy to use high quality and best with others

The picture or connection wasn't as good as thought it should be. I've got gigabit service so there should be no problem. Plenty of accessories to stick in your ear, haven't tried 9/10ths of them. My ENT told me long ago about wishing people wouldn't use q-tips due to going in the canal too far. This is a useful tool, though the silicon tips are quite flimsy as far as pulling wax out.

Yup.... I recommend this product. If I didn't purchase this my ears would have been in the dark, clot forever.

Was not a fan of having to download their app to use. Video quality was decent, can use it solo but might be easier with a second person helping out.

I was initially impressed with the performance of this device but after six weeks of sporadic use an ear head disengaged from the lighted handle and embedded itself into my ear canal. Wondering how I was going to remove this from my ear while trying not to panic was not the highlight of my day. Thankfully I was able to remove the ear head from the canal without incident. It did occur to me though that I might have been just been really lucky. Upon examination I discovered that each spare ear head I tried would easily slip over the handle threads without engaging the threads. It was impossible to screw the heads into the device. Turn the device upside down and the ear head would fall off. I did not even need to shake it to watch the heads fall off the handle. Scary! The 30 day window to return it to Amazon has expired and if there is a way to obtain a refund or replacement I have not figured out how. Planned obsolescence?

Bought as a replacement for my beloved BeBird M9 Pro that I had for 4 years and used multiple times daily. I was going to order another M9 Pro, but it wasn’t going to arrive for 2 weeks longer than this one and with my addiction to this thing I could not wait. With that being said, I should’ve waited the 2 weeks.First, I bought this as a new item. It was very obvious that I received a used product, however I blame Amazon for that. On top of being used, the charging base is defected and the case is covering the hole to charge it.Since I owned my M9 Pro for 4 years, I used it for other things like removing ingrown hairs, pimple popping, etc.. This model is good for using to remove wax from your ears, but is disastrous for anything else. The tips are terrible, they fall off constantly. The light is extremely bright making it impossible to use for anything other than inside your ear.The BeBird M9 Pro is the same price, I recommend waiting the longer delivery time and buying that model instead of this one.

Works super well! Takes a bit getting used to using the camera and the app but after you play around for a bit you get used to it.My ears never felt so clean!I used it to check on pores as well and how strong the camera is pretty amazing.The handle gets warm but nothing uncomfortable and the camera and attachment is very comfortable.Best purchase ever! Waited around for this to be on Amazon for a bit and glad it’s available now!
