Got a handle on it.
Love this little gadget. Works great holding veggies and meat. Works as a tenderize too. The deodorizing ability of the stainless steel bar work great. I dont have to worry about onion fingers work on garlic smell too. Well worth the purchase. Give it a try. Build is great quality and cleans up well in dishwasher.

The product to slice veggies
I haven't used it yet. But what I like is the 12 pronges in order to slice large onion, potatoes or carrot slices. The prongeds are very solid and the ends are sharp.

I need to work on my technique! I need to cut the onion in half so there is room to get the knife into the slots. Or get a skinnier knife. Not as easy as it looks. And I am not sure what the removable disk is for.
