Mate Mateo - Silicone Yerba Mate Gourd Cup with Bombilla (Red)

I've been drinking mate all my life, I tried every type of mate out there and I have to say I love Mateo!It has made my life easier. It is convenient to take everywhere I go like on road trips, soccer games, etc. It is super easy to empty and I just throw it in the dishwasher every night.. So happy it will never grow mold or smell. It also really enhances flavors, as it does not absorb them, you can feel the depth of the yerba all along. …and there is a magic to this bombilla that never clogs.I have a few of them, a mini for my kids and different colors original size ones that I alternate depending on my mood that day :)By the way you need to pair it with Anna Park yerba mate, best one out there, it last forever and it is organic.Great seller, got here super fast!

I've used plenty of gourds made from actual gourds, but I prefer this one for its low maintenance and ease of cleaning.I ding it one star because it is a bit top heavy and without a wide base - therefore easy to tip over when full of water. I've remedied this by using an empty duct tape roll as a base on my desk. If it had a slightly differently shaped base it would be perfect.

This is a very simple and easy to used product, it may not be the most stylish mate cup out there but it definitely makes up for it with its portability and ease of cleaning. I've had it now for over 3 years, I have been using it regularly and it still looks and works as good as the first time.The cup doesn't get overly hot and it fits perfectly in my hand.The Bombilla isn't the best quality and I actually only used it a couple of times before I replaced it with a better one. But it works nonetheless.Overall a great buy!

I very much like this product! Never thought I would say this about a silicone mate (I've always used the traditional and was skeptical about the material) but it works really well. It also cleans up easily and nicely. Not sure about how clean the straw will stay as it doesn't open up but so far has been fine. I use it everyday at the office.

This was a gift for a new mate drinker. He loves the gourd. No complaints whatsoever except it came in yellow instead red. But he likes the yellow. Cheerful color. He uses multiple times a day and plans to continue. Next purchase to be a travel gourd. :)

Love how easy it is to clean.

I like the gourd. It is easy to use and easy to clean. The Bombilla is not that great. I am eating a lot of the Yerba Mate. I mean, it doesn't taste bad or anything but it is not serving it's purpose. I do recommend the gourd. Very Nice.

These are so much better than a gourd. Don't get hot in your hand. Packable. Excellent for camping or home use.
