All the spot welds were sheared on arrival
The device is supposed to have two end plates attached to the two side plates via spot welds. Six of the eight spot welds were sheared on arrival. In short the device arrived broken, and it's clearly down to substandard manufacturing processes especially given the price point. Returned to Amazon.
