This cable is so frustrating to work with. The outer sheath is too firm/rigid, so the cable just coils up of its own accord. This causes kinks and is infuriating to try and unravel.

I felt the need to write a product review for a change, something I rarely do.Having recently purchased some Unifi network equipment, I required some network cable for POE enabled devices. After researching this I discovered 2 things, 1 is that for POE devices you require copper cable. Copper Coated Aluminium cable is not suitable for POE devices, but CCA is fine for data only.Not only am I satisifed with the product, but I found it difficult to track down copper network cable. That coupled with an excellent price of £24 and next day delivery (though listed as 3-4 days), I am over the moon.Will definitely make this my cable of choice in the future. Thanks Kenable.

Not much to say other than to confirm to others this cable is single core solid UTP copper. I had no issues with snags or twists deploying the whole reel across a dozen locations and it punches down great for quick and easy termination.Beware of other cables which are copper coated alloy - they are also CAT5E compliant - but this stuff has a higher quality feel and punches down better than other cables I have used.

This is the 'good stuff'. Previously, I've had some dodgy stuff that's been advertised a solid core but came stranded. Also, I had copper coated aluminium once!!! -You can't make this stuff up!! Anyway, this one is good. -Fantastic for home-brew audio interconnects and all manner of things. Also quite useful for doing what it says on the tin, but that's a fairly difficult thing to get far wrong.Also, it showed up more than a week early. :-)

No these ones are great and full length twisted. Did a a great job in my house. No bandwith loss at all. I can't say that I would buy these CAT5e cable again because technology gets better and these won't be available soon.. But I definitely would buy the full copper ones from this seller..

Excellent quality cable, easy to use and easy to strip. It's fairly flexible and seems robust. I used it to convert the house wifi system to ethernet, which speeded up the computer connections and made the Apple TV much more reliable.

The cable was used in the most extreme applications and it was great. Fast delivery and well packed. Will keep using.

used for home networking, really good quality but does twist up on itself very easily so some care is needed when running it in tight spaces.im not seeing any bandwidth drop with this which is good over a 40m runWould but again for the price
