One of the best braces I have ever had in my life. I’ve had a herniated lower back disc for almost 10 years now and at least twice a year I have a sharp pulling pain in my back, and the rest of the time it’s hurts too, but not as much, therefore I have to wear something that would give me a good support.This brace is very comfortable, supportive and you can’t see it under your clothes. It is also very comfortable to sit while wearing it as well. I am a student and have to spend a lot of time sitting down, which is horrible for my lower back. When I wear this brace 90% of pain is gone.Quality is also very good.I’m very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend if you are looking for one.

My physical therapist recommended this back brace due to two slipped discs that are now affecting my hip joints and inflaming my muscles. My backyard has an incline, and I wore the brace this weekend while picking up sticks and than push mowing the yard for over an hour. The brace did not feel warm, and the support was there. My back and hips did not ache as much as they normally do after this type of work. For the money, I would recommend this.

I purchased this lumbar support because I find myself slouching over my desk too often. I also experience lower back pain when I have to stand or do an extensive amount of walking or standing. I used this belt during a weekend when I knew that I would be on my feet a lot. The 1st morning I only wore for a couple of hours. I experienced minor soreness but I believe that was because I wore during a 2 hour bus trip. I put it back on later in the afternoon/evening time when my back began to feel fatigued. It worked great. I was able to continue movement on my feet for a couple more hours. The 2nd day I wore again whenever I needed to, intermittently. I continue to use during different times of the day and I have no complaints.

It works great for me. I wear it around home when doing yard work. It keeps my back feeling loose and I am able to do everything I want to without my back hurting. I also wear it for bowling, it works great for that too. I will order another again when needed and I recommend to anyone with lower back problems.

This is a great product. It is a greatly made product that provides great back and posture support. I bought this product after researching many, as the work I do requires needs a greatly made product to provide real support for my back, and this was it! I am 30, have herniated L4-5, L5-S1 discs. Didn't get to see an orthopedic surgeon yet. Trying to deal with it via at-home physio. Always have nagging pain in that area, sometimes its shooting down the leg. Decided to try a back brace to see if it offers some support for dog walking (very strong pulling staffy). Wearing it for two days but it seems to be making my pain worse, just slightly to the left of my spine. Will continue using it to see how it goes. Hoping for some improvement.Update after few days of use: still the same, the elastic upper edge already got stretched out. Velcro and everything else are okay.P.s. the sizing is really loose for these belts. I am not skinny, 5'6" 132 pounds wearing size 27 pants. But S is still not supportive enough (when I'm standing) even when I tighten it to the max. Ok for sitting down.

This works if you need Lombard support my Physio recommended wearing it but not more than 4 hours a day you can get use to the support being there ergo dependent on the support. Also good to add exercises to reinforce whatever may be weak or else

This belt supports the back great. Only, my skin is allergic to interior plastic stitches.
