OK, so I've been hearing for YEARS that if I wanted to lose weight I should look into "Sarah's secret" or whatever. I've tried a couple of the mainstream "weightloss" pills. Total BS!When my sister in-law told me to try this I was definitely skeptical. Not even to lose weight but just to help overall. I figured "hey! its not crazy expensive or some trap to pay some monthly subscription. The only thing I have changed is adding Berberine to my daily routine. I was pre-diabetic and a lot of other blood tests weren't where I wanted them to be. The last visit to the doc with blood tests showed me not near pre diabetic and my other numbers were so good, she was amazed. So was I.
