The good part: They are compact, easy to use, and easy to mount.The bad parts: When they're working, the sound can be faint if you're not speaking close to the microphone (except for the call signal). The biggest problem I had is that after the units were on for a few hours, whichever one was in my office (I tried different ones) would go to sleep or something. My wife would hit the call button from a unit in another room, and my office unit would not respond nor could I hear her voice when she talked.The vendor was quite willing to make it right for me; they sent me two additional, newer models and offered to refund my money. I finally decided that the problem was the fact that the signal had to go through a couple of walls and a floor in order to reach my home office, which is on the second floor over the garage.I moved the unit that my wife uses to call my office closer to it, so that they are about 35 feet apart (previously about 60), and they are now able to power through the walls and floor. I like the units overall and they save my wife having to walk up the stairs to talk to me, but I'm disappointed that I have to keep them so close together to get them to work consistently.The units that are on the same level of the house, or in rooms directly above each other, have had no problems.

Really wanted to love these. We live in a 2 story home and got these for the kids rooms and parents room. We constantly hear strangers talking though our intercoms. It’s just really weird and has freaked the kids out.Waste of $100

Great intercoms, clear as could be.

Products are easy to use and keep me from screaming for kids in different rooms. Their customer service was amazing and I've purchased from them twice.
