It’s easy to use I guess but couldn’t stand it after a few minutes, why? It was zapping me through the handle.My hands don’t handle shock very well so I couldn’t hold on to it even on 1 which is pretty mild don’t get me wrong but If I can’t hold it and use it on my forearm where I need to use it, it’s of no use to me. Don’t buy this crap unless you think you can handle this thing constantly shocking the hand you’re holding it with.

I love this. I used my friends before I purchased my own. My neck was so stiff. I had relief within minutes of using. So I ordered my own. Tons of uses.. fack, legs,back... if your into instant relief order this.. on a side note uses lots of lubricant I'm ordering ultrasound lubricant because thats what my friend had. it comes with 2 small jars not completely filled and has no name of what kind you are using. Other wise it feels like electricity running through your fingers.....but its a 10 in my book... *** If you use it properly***

I got this product for use as a handheld tens unit for occipital neuralgia. by applying it to the base of my neck several times a day, I've noticed a reduction in occipital migraines and neck tension. take note that it does need skin contact to be effective. if you're looking into this product for similar means, it works best if you're comfortable buzzing the hair at the back of the neck to allow skin contact. parting the hair with a comb is another option, but not as effective and can be more finicky if you can't apply the tip to the skin within the part.for all the reviews complaining that it shocks you or that it needs a rubber handle: you need to understand that this product needs to complete an electrical circuit to work. the path from your hand, arm, and tip of the pen is what completes that circuit. if you don't believe me, try using while wearing a glove or rubber grip. you won't be able to complete the circuit, and the electric pulse cannot be felt or would be greatly reduced. if you're having issues with being shocked, your options are 1) lower the pulse strength 2) press it against your body it in such a way to reduce contact with your hand (I've found the center of the palm or heel of the hand works best) or 3) reduce the amount of time you're applying the pulseall of these things said, I'm overall satisfied with this product and the relief it brings. it does the job for the price

Relief!!! The first time I used the device, it immediately helped a major headache I had. When I first opened the box and took the device out, I was very skeptical. It is so light and felt cheaply made. I thought to myself, “Another piece of crap that I’ve wasted my money on. This isn’t going to do anything.” Put the battery in and turned it on. I tested it out on my wrist and I couldn’t believe the power it was putting out. I went to several trigger points and it was like magic on a headache I’ve had for several days!!! I definitely recommend this product. I may have to order one for everyone in my family.

So, I just got it today and tried it right away.. First thing, like other reviewers the biggest issue is the electrical pulse that you feel while holding the pen is annoying. Sometimes it really hurts.. Secondly, the current is pretty strong, didn't need to go beyond level 3 , it gets intense .. Also its a matter of finding the right spot, the booklet that came along tells you all the spots you might want to hit for specific response.. its quite helpful

I love how powerful it is on your muscles but I don't like the extra shock you get in other areas of your muscles. Look how hard this has my head moving just from me putting it on a muscle in my neck and I only had it on 4👀🤗

I have to say that I'm impressed with this little machine. It's small enough that I can get some TENS therapy on muscles that are small but troublesome. More power than I'd have thought coming from a AA battery. Only 4 stars because the plastic structure seems a little weak and the metal battery end cap doesn't like to thread on very easily. Still, an excellent and solid purchase.
