We were looking for a night light to help our elderly cat whose night vision seems to be failing. This light fitted the bill perfectly. It's rechargeable by USB, has colour options (we like the red at night), is dimmable, can stay on all night and is very cute :-) It's in our bedroom to light up a pet step for our cat so she can get onto our bed to sleep. We have it dimmed right down so it doesn't bother us. To turn it off and on with the remote, you have to press the power button underneath the night light to start. The cable is a bit fiddly to get into the unit where the micro USB port is located but that's my only negative. Could see it being useful for those needing to visit the toilet in the middle of the night - using remote to turn on.

Is nice and bright enough to read bed time stories

I have one of these for each of my children. My 4 year old cannot sleep without it and has had hers since she was 2 years old so, it has lasted well for the price. She loves to choose a colour and it provides enough light for her to get in and out of bed to use the toilet without turning on the main light. I only have to charge them once a week when using the dimmest setting which is a huge plus for a busy parent. While pregnant I decided to purchase another for my younger daughters arrival. We’ve found it great to use on the brighter setting for night feeds and then the lower ones for checking on her. Would recommend these to anyone with kids. My best buy in a long time!

Such a great purchase I’m glad I made. I use this throughout the night with my newborn baby. Soft enough lighting that it doesn’t disturb sleep, but just bright enough so I can see her in her bedside crib. So glad I found this!

My little boy, who is 2, used to sleep great as a baby but now not so well! I made the mistake of putting a TV in his room and he would be up some nights until 11pm/12am! Now he has 1 hour TV time then this night light on its “slowly going through the colours” and bam within 15 minutes he's asleep! I found when I was turning his TV off he was really screaming/crying cause of the dark, but this has not only changed that its like a mood light so with my sons sensory issues it is perfect and really is a life saver! Especially with the remote so I don’t have to disturb my little one!

It is lovely little light. Battery life not as good as owl purchased few years back. But still does the job
