Difficult to install
Little to no instructions for installation since it is the only ceiling mount for the xgimi horizon pro difficult to set up to say the least

Good product but a little on the pricey side considering the alternatives
I liked the product and though it was very nicely constructed, it feels very sturdy and the adjustable length is very handy. The only issues were the lack of decent instruction for installation and; although probably not the manufacturers fault, the difficult installation.

Totally useless!
There are no instructions in English or any installation videos. When the mount is screwed together, there is no way to adjust which way the projector is pointing. Totally useless. I'm now looking for another mounting option.
