Great shimmer dust for dusting on real chocolate (chocolate covered heart cakes) as well as fondant. The coverage on the chocolate was very light, but I liked it. I will note that it did not work on coating/compound chocolate. It got very splotchy and didn’t look very good. But on fondant and real chocolate it looked great!!

Love love love this !!!! It’s exactly the pigment as the picture and is easy to use. It doesn’t have any flavor to it so there’s no need to worry about it adding a taste to your food. Also you don’t need to use much of it because the pigment is so high.
