This lightweight serum immediately adds hydration to my dry skin. I love the scent. It smells like the ocean. It absorbs quickly and is fine with any other serums I want to layer. I use Retin A or retinol as well as Vitamin C serums and I can use one of those with this one without clogging my pores or overdoing it. This leaves my skin feeling dewy and soft. It would not be my only serum because I need and love Vitamin C and other anti aging ingredients but, for a big boost of hydration for my very dry skin. This serum is very good. I would rate it 3.5 stars because I do need other serums with it but I rounded up to 4 because we can't do half stars.

I LOVE a good serum. A multi-step skincare routine has been my savior during the pandemic. I've had much more time for personal care. I've had the chance to use several Sand & Sky products. This one is my new favorite. It's a water-based serum that drenches your skin in moisture. It contains electrolytes that help maintain your skin's water balance. It's like a Gatorade for your face. I really like using it under sheet masks. My skin looks so plump and juicy afterwards. I've also put some in a small spray bottle with distilled water to create my own hydrating skin mist. It's SO good! Anyway, this serum is definitely worth the money. I HIGHLY recommend it.Thanks so much for taking the time to read this review. I have enjoyed adding the serum to my morning and nighttime skincare regime as I find my skin needs the moisture boost twice a day at the moment. My skin has felt more plumped and deeply hydrated than it has in a while. This was even more surprising to me given how lightweight the serum is. It absorbs immediately – perfect for my oily prone skin. I have oily skin so anything that says “hydrating” I typically skip, but oily skin needs hydration too! The splash serum is light and absorbs right into the skin, smells greats, and feels great. I starting seeing a difference by day 3—this gives my skin a serious glow. After 2 weeks the different was astounding!

Although I like this product, i’m not confident this is the original product/formula. Skin reacts different to this and breaks out more. Very sus.
