Its soft. But loose hairs come out easy. And it's quite scruffy . But its adorable first short term use. My cats didn't like it on. It's difficult to stick as the hair gets stuck on it too . But still adorable. Not sure its price is fair for quality but did make me smile this october.

Bought for my chihuahua for a Halloween costume, it fits perfectly and is a cute novelty wig.
