Thick plastic with a good seal.Discoloured (grey) the water inside which was a bit off putting the first time I used it.Very easy to fill and use. Works well with different amounts of water.

Didnt work for us
I bought this hoping it will help baby to do tummy time and engage but baby didnt enjoy it. The bits and pieces inside wouldnt move much with the water. It was also confusing which hole to pour the water.
