Charlotte Tilbury 's magic eye cream (I bought it online on Selfridges, as it's so fun, and I have free shipping for a while.) But, I like to use that too, and recently despite all warnings got a prep-h with biodyne, from Canada. That's for bad days!.This is a great eye gel for puffy eyes.

Contrary to what most of the reviews will tell you, it does not work. It is a nice gel which disappears from eye area very quickly. It does not leave an oily residue and nor does it feel heavy or weigh down the lids. But the fact that it does not work is the problem. The product is great but does not actually do anything.

This is the only one I can put near my eyes, gel, beautiful cool effect, soaks in quick, 100%
