Works great out of the box, turn it on and away you go. Nice clear sound
Might need an adaper for the phone system my (XBlue System) has the same jack as the on hold device. Sounds great have not had a chance to review all of the messages, but the one that is playing now works just fine. Replaced a cheaper unit and now I know why it was cheaper sound was just not clear. I think for a small company this unit will work just fine

Cheap, Overpriced, and Stopped Working almost immediately.
This was by far one of the worst things I have ever bought on Amazon.It stopped working almost immediately.The actual device seems to be 3D printed and is probably just a raspberry pi or something similar inside.The power cable is just a generic USB cable with a generic outlet head.The instructions were easy enough to follow, but you'll think you're doing it wrong because the device was finicky out of the box.A generic MP3 player costs 4 times less than this and should work just fine with a lot of phone devices.I feel stupid for even having bought the damn thing, but what's done is done. Not sure why I even thought this purchase made sense.

Great way to add a professional sounding recording on hold
The product works extremely well! It comes with a selection of both everyday and holiday pre-recorded messages that sound very professional. Works flawlessly and is definitely worth the money!
