Recently needed a carrier that fit the airline (Hawaiian Airlines) requirement. This fit the bill for in cabin use. It’s pretty durable, and I like that there was extra room for my cat to lay out when the side panels were down.The Sherpa side was the preferred method for travel from what it seemed like for my cat. All in all, I was happy with the purchase. If you have a thicccc kitty, you may consider a different carrier/ airline. Hawaiian Airlines was fairly strict with the in cabin sizing.

There are very limited choices of carriers which comply with the stringent size restrictions of airlines for in cabin flights. This one does. It is of course a little small when not expanded but that is the requirement. It is also good looking and comfy. My cat loves staying in it for long hours.

I gave this to a friend who says his cat was a lot calmer riding in this carrier because he could spread out. The cat was comfortable. I think I'll buy one for my cat in the future.

Worked great under the seat of our southwest flight. Nice quality. Wish there was a way for it to stay put on the top of my carry-on suitcase. It kept sliding off.

Fits perfectly under the seat at American Airlines and Allegiant. Plenty of room for our 14lb ish dog. The total weight of our dog plus the carrier was exactly 20lbs.

I’ve been taking my kitten on plane rides as I have to travel a bit for school. It’s nicely sized with plenty of room especially as my kitten continues to grow, have pockets to house little things like food, treats, her leash, etc. and is easily expandable when we’re just hanging out. It also is easy to clean with the bottom pad having a zipper to uncover and clean when needed and a inner leash so I can open the top for her to look out and around without worrying about her getting out.

There is no hole from which to remove the rods in the sz Medium carrier I received. Also, the carrier I ordered was PetsFit brand, but another, unknown brand was received instead. Same features as PetsFit but it is deceptive not to send the expected brand. Because the top rod is NOT removable in sz M, and because the mesh on the product seems cheap, I am returning. Finally, even if the top rod is removable, which it is not in the product I received, the wires at each end of the frame are so stiff that you would not be able to sufficiently bend it to fit under a very low airline seat of 10" or less (which is the max I must meet for the airline I am flying with).

I have 2. First one when she was small now going to use for my smaller puppy. Got bigger one that opens on all four sides, smaller one did as well. Good for travelling everyday haven't taken on plane yet. Sont know how it would fit under plane seat though. Smaller one maybe but be squished a bit. Opens up, gives extra room for pet to move around. Kinda acts like a travel sized play pen. Can open one or both sides. All four sides open up for exit and entry, if you need to. There is a tether inside to keep your pet in. And a plush mat, that I put a waterproof cloth over, just in case. My puppy is so comfy in it, she hangs out in it alot. She rather sleep in it then her puppy bed. Must have.

I purchased just for the sole purpose of flying commercial on our move South, the Medium carrier fit perfectly under the seats in cabin on Air Canada.I leave it under the table and expanded for her now and it's totally a safe place for her to just lay in whenever she wants. I had no issues with the zippers opening at all but to be fair my cat was relaxed the entire trip with one connecting flight. It's absolutely sturdy and she wasn't scared at all since I could just unzip the top and let her stand up and peek her head out. Probably one of the best carriers I had, would recommend to others for sure.

Amazing carrier overall!! Brought my new puppy home on a flight from Edmonton to Toronto and it was great. Til this day, the carrier is still my pups favorite for eating, sleeping and playing, so we use it for traveling in the car and playtime in the house (the expansions and openings make this a fun little place for my pup).Only issue was sizing (and this was my own fault). I bought the Medium after other reviews said this fit under the seat on a domestic WestJet flight, but as you can see from the pics, it did not fit the way it was intended (and no leg room whatsoever and I'm only 5'6"), and it could not be bent/forced under there. I knew the Medium size didn't match the sizing that the airline stipulated, but saw other reviews that said it fit ok so took a chance. Either way, WJ didn't measure or give us a hard time, and luckily, there was extra room on our flight so we ended up with a row to ourselves (3 seats on either side of the aisle).No issues with the carrier otherwise. It's a great product and I would highly recommend without hesitation!! Just make sure you get the right size. ;)
