Same issue with this Bluetooth Ear[piece as with the other I purchased. It charged perfectly when I first purchased it, but after about a month, the battery would run out right away, and the device would turn off. It was aggravating having to be at the gym, listening to country music in the background when you want to hear what you like. The battery is rechargeable, but the charge is not held for long. If you try to change the battery at a shop, they will charge you more than the entire piece is worth. If you plan to get one of these items, get one with a warranty, and one that is more costly and durable. I did like the appearance of the device, and the reception, but the main problem was the charge retention.
