My grilled ham ,turkey, chicken and veal tastes great.

I couldn't find this at my local grocer and was skeptical about purchasing something like this from an online retailer, but they arrived quickly and without issue. This is our favorite chicken seasoning, it's great for grilling, blackening, baking, just about any way of preparation you can think of. My daughter even uses it when she uses her air fryer. Not too spicy but lots of flavor, we love it!

Tried for the 1st time day of delivery on pork chops. Good flavor but HOT and would have preferred it on wings, but otherwise this is hitting the flavor spot; just didn't work with the chops they way they were served.

I was tired of finding this out of stock on the local shelves. Amazon, no driving around, no frustration, didn't leave my kitchen! I've used this spice mix for a few years for my spicy hot grilled chicken wings, it's a favorite of mine, and my friends. I separate the wings, toss the wing tip in the trash, and then divide the wings into a few bowls, depending on my dinner guest list. My wife likes plain "naked" chicken wings, I like them spicy. You can go heavy on the spice in one bowl, light on another, etc. I just season and turn them over with a spoon or my hands. Grill as you like. Then I add the wings back in the individual bowls (having washed them to get the uncooked chicken residue of the bowl surface) then I can add the spicy hot wet sauce to the bowl (or barbeque, teriyaki, etc). I only serve other finger food with wings (fries, tots, you get the picture) , no forks or spoons needed. And I place wet washcloths on the table, no napkins wasted on this meal. Go ahead, try it!

Weber offers a variety of different seasonings for the grill. If you like chicken and want something a little different than your everyday seasoning, then give this a try! We use it even when we don't grill to add a little zest to the chicken. It's not definitely not too hot but adds just the right amount of flavor to enhance the chicken.
