WAY too small
I'm sure it's a nice pan, but I made the mistake of not paying attention to the measurements. It's much too small to use for an angel food cake. My own fault. I returned it without even opening it up.

It is easy to clean, very well made but so small I don’t know how I could make a full cake in it.

Does not work for sponge cake

6 inch angel food cake pan.
Exactly what I was looking for. Easy to clean. Be very careful not to over fill. If using a cake box mix DO NOT use the whole thing!
