Effective Muscle Relief and Recovery Tool
The Yansyi Muscle Roller Stick is a great tool for reducing muscle soreness and tightness after workouts. It’s lightweight and easy to control, allowing me to target my legs, back, and arms with precision. The sturdy design holds up well under pressure without bending or creaking. I noticed a real difference in how quickly my muscles recovered after using it consistently. It’s also very effective at relieving cramps and breaking up tension spots. The blue color looks sharp and the textured handles make it comfortable to grip. Overall, this massage stick is an affordable and essential addition to any athlete’s recovery routine.

Easy to use and for a good price
Cheap, but still gets the job done. It helps get out my knots on my muscles and it's easy to use. I use it before I run and sometimes after I'm done stretching.

The small gaps between the roller is hurting my body hair
Pro:* Price is good* it does massage the spotCons:* the small spaces between the roller often catch my (body)hair somehow, and cause so much painIf I am massaging the neck area, my hair get caught up very often... T_TOther than that, its a good product!

Works amazingly well
Injured my knee and my leg was completely locking up, intense pain down the whole leg and just walking was a chore. After one use all my tensed muscles relaxed and the pain subsided substantially. Didn't magically heal my knee, I still had to wait for that to happen naturally, but the pain and mobility improvements were far and wide beyond my expectations. Literally would not believe it if it did not work this well for me personally. With all that said, this kinda hurts to use because it's made of a hard plastic... Maybe that is part of the magic or perhaps one of the plain foam rollers would work better/the same with less pain. If you have no pain tolerance though, this may not do anything for you, because you need to put some muscle in to get results and that isn't always very comfortable.

Slippery Handles Make It Unusable—Terrible for Desk Workers!
"Bought this to relieve my upper back pain from sitting at a desk 10 hours a day. Big mistake—the handles are insanely slippery, especially when my hands get clammy from typing. They’re smooth plastic with zero texture, so every time I try to target my shoulder knots, the stick slides out of my grip and hits my desk with a loud clatter. Embarrassing in a quiet office, and honestly, just frustrating.I thought maybe adding a rubber grip wrap would help, but the handles are so thin and awkwardly shaped, the wrap keeps slipping off. It’s like they designed this for people with perfectly dry, giant hands—definitely not for average users like me. Even my partner, who has larger hands, says it’s “like holding a wet fish.”What’s worse, the “ergonomic” angle is a joke. The handles are straight as a ruler, so I have to twist my wrists to reach my upper back, which just adds to the discomfort. After a week of struggling, I gave up and started using a tennis ball instead—it’s cheaper and works way better. For a product marketed to desk workers, this is a massive fail. Save your money and stick to basic tools that actually stay in your hands."

Works great on fascia.
Just what I needed for my pinched fascia tissue.

As expected
There were no surprises here. Length as specified. Materials as expected. One comment is that the knobby rollers do leave some marks on the skin. Also, knobby likely penetrates the muscle more versus smooth rollers. It does make a bit more uncomfortable in some areas, especially where the skin in thinner. That said, I have this for some areas and a smooth roller one for the others.BT approved

Fine for Beginners, But Not Professional
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good for occasional use if you're new to massage sticks, but lacks durability for regular use.
