This is a great product, easy installation, provides privacy while also giving plenty of light, looks great, and cost-effective. If done correctly, you will have no bubbles and great adhesion.I didn't even have a squeegee instead, I used a credit card. If you apply enough water (2-3 sprays on the window, 1-2 sprays on the film) you will easily maneuver it in place. Carry a towel with you to wipe off excess water.To cut to size, I took measurements first, then placed the film on a cutting mat. Using a sharp X-Acto, cut the film to size. To separate plastic film/sheet from the film, grab 2 pieces of tape and apply to the corners on either size of the film. Leave a few cm or 1/4" of space from the ends of the tape and pull apart. This will separate the film.I highly recommend as this is a budget friendly fix to clear windows if you are looking for privacy. Moreover, it's not permanent and you can go back!

This film provides privacy and lets light in. As you can see from the picture, I left the sides of the window bare, I felt it provided a modern look. The film is easy to install if you follow the directions. I used a spray bottle with water, a 4 inch plastic scraper, scissors and razor blade plus some towels to wipe excess water. Yes, it is a bit frustrating separating the plastic backing off the film, however if you use tape on each side of the film in a corner and pull, it will eventually separate. It took me about 30 seconds on average to separate.I am completely satisfied with the results and wish I had done this sooner.

As I've used films like this before, I found it easy to apply. The adhesion is good and you can peel it back, add more liquid solution and re-apply if necessary. I found it very important to have it dry completely before final trimming; otherwise the product may pull away. The one disappointment with this particular film's "pattern" is that the finished application simply looks cloudy or foggy; the fabric weave pictured is not really visible. However, it does "blur" the view while still allowing a lot of natural daylight in, so the effect is what I wanted even though the aesthetic isn't exactly what I expected.

Sturdy, thick plastic. Easy to install with good and detailed instructions. Easy to move around and can be used horizontally or vertically. Can be easily removed, but great adhesion.

This was super easy to put up! I actually cut it an 1/8” smaller than the window and it worked better for me to put it up that way instead of trimming it on the window. Maybe it was my knife but it just worked better for me that way. Looks great though and provides nice privacy and light!!

I needed something to apply to part of my sliding glass door to mask light coming in at night from a light source beyond my back fence. This film is exactly what I needed to accomplish that. Just the right level of opaqueness/sheerness without blocking too much natural light during the day. It applies very easily - easy to position and to smooth out the air bubbles - and the marked 1" grid on the backing was very helpful when marking cutting lines with a straight edge. This particular texture is very elegant, as well.

I used this at an apartment building we own for the ground floor units, where the windows are at street/ sidewalk level. The tenants wanted privacy without leaving shades down all of the time. This is the perfect solution. They still get lots of light, but this provides complete privacy; no one can see in.It was super easy to install. Our windows aren't 100% square (it's an old building) and it was easy to trim. I had to use two to three pieces for each window (they're big windows): the seams are easy to do and not that noticable. I noticed on one window with 2 pieces, side by side, that there does seem to be a 'grain', so I made sure on the others that I used the same cut edge (either top or bottom) of the roll. Hope that makes sense. But overall, highly recommended!

I did not get to the point of installing. As soon as I opened the plastic and unrolled the film I could see it was totally transparent and did not offer the privacy required for our needs.So this rating is less than 5 stars for the transparency issue only. Seller, shipping and packaging were all fine.

Easy to cut. Sticks well. Only complaint on my end is the texture is a bit different than the picture. It hasn't fallen off and you can't see through it. Didn't need to leave any gap

Ne tient pas, ne reste pas sur la vitre et lorsque vous réussissez à l’installer, la couleur change et ne devient plus transparent; mais bien pleins de bulles impossibles à enlever du au fait que cela n’adhère pas à la vitre. Tout simplement un gâchis de temps et d’argent!
