I got this so I could have heat at my back whilst sitting and working from home. I had some strained muscles in my back that were really sore and a combo of using this pad alternating with biofreeze gel really helped. (Not both together)Easy to control the heat level and comes up to temp quickly. Good length on the cable (my 4 way lives under my desk at the back and it reached with plenty of play to the chair to allow me to swivel and push chair away from desk).Much more effective than a hot water bottle as it’s flat so easier to put behind you, covers and larger area and stays put!

The heat output in this is pathetic. Even in the highest setting you can’t feel any heat.

Quick to warm up, control easy to use.Flex could be longer between the pad and the control, otherwise great product, delivered on time and as described.

The pad gets uncomfortably warm on high. I use it at my desk to keep my feet warm. Also, this pad DOES NOT switch off after 90 minutes. I forgot and left it on and when I woke in the morning, it was still VERY hot!UPDATE: After 5 weeks, it still works, but doesn't get as hot. It still doesn't automatically switch off as advertised. This is a safety feature that doesn't work. Anyone else have this problem?

Had this since Feb 21 and very happy with product not really needed to go beyond first setting. Just had an issue with one of wires becoming exposed and sent email to seller and responded within the hour offering replacement or refund. Very good service and happy to have another.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and this heat pad is a great help with my back pain.

Very still not pliable
