I bought this for a 80's birthday party, the skirt was not what I expected or described in the website. I was very disappointed in the material and how it kept rolling up , it did not stay down.

I ordered this for an 80s themed birthday party and it worked perfectly. I paired it with an off the shoulders blouse that I have and wore some tights underneath and I was good to go. I am 5'5 and the skirt is quite short.

In the picture of this the tutu looks like it had a black liner but I received it and there’s no liner its completely see through! Had to go out and buy biker shorts to wear with it which cost more and I should have just bought a better quality outfit. The tutu was extremely small as well, I bought a large and it seems like an XS. The materials are extremely cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.
