Excellent product
Good product; drilled a few holes in old 1950's plaster wall with wood backing, no issues what so ever; drilled a nice clean hole; and the countersink part worked flawlessly. I'm not a professional and will only use this occasionally; so, I can't say at this time if it is professional grade, or DIYer grade only. But, from the way it's manufactured, clean lines, etc, does not look cheep. Looks good, and did good.

Bought two neither worked
I got two. First one broke on the first try, bit literally broke off before countersink started. Second one I couldn't get the set screws to hold the counter sink from turning.

sharp and fast, hex drive came unglued and was replaced without question.
IRWIN has a great product here, thanks to the sharp tip - no bit skate. Please address the glue not holding issue, thanks for the quick replacement.
