Branding and Influence Basics
This book gives the agent an approach to build a personal brand and discusses the sales psychology of triggers and influence that are critical to understand. Weaving enough personal stories in to keep it interesting, there’s not a ton of “new” here, or but there’s enough “how” and suggested tools to make it a worthwhile read.

Excellent practical advice
The mindset this author proposes is to have a mindset to serve instead of being served. Make friends with people, join and help non-profit and charity organizations and their events. This in turn will help you build a solid real estate career and business.Ron also provided a ton of useful links to help with building websites, landing pages, podcasts and videos and much more.So far, this has been the best book on a career in real estate not written by Gary Keller.I highly recommend this book.

Your brand is what people say about you when you're not in the room
Ron Howard's book is a great quick read, that I highly recommend for anyone in real estate sales/consulting. When a friend of mine posted to recommend this book, it flew into my amazon cart in a matter of seconds, and I read it within days of arrival. What is most important about this book is how it localizes and simplifies what many think of as a big nebulous concept of "brand" and makes you think about how it applies on an individual level. A key takeaway is that however you want to brand yourself - "hardest working real estate agent" "sharp like a pilot" "philanthropist" - you actually have to become that person and be genuine. The author uses the the analogy of the poser surfers vs. the real surfers and how everyone can pretty easily tell them apart. If you're going to talk the talk, make sure you're walking the walk. This book is loaded with wisdom and is a great asset to the real estate/sales community. Thanks for sharing your work and life with us, Ron Howard!

The pilot outlook was new
Interesting thoughts as I think about making 2020 my best year ever and what needs to stay or go in my real estate world. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I would have gave 5 stars but the jump from rock bottom to pilot school realtor was very vaugley discussed. Felt like the author must have had other monetary connections--dont know how he paid his bills for a few months. Books need to stop glossing over the hard parts.

This book is a MUST read!
In Create Demand and Stop Chasing Business, Ron shares his ideas on how to create your own demand by changing your mindset to become the best version of you. His book is a phenomenal read, I could not put it down. Ron’s “friends not funnels” and “think like a pilot” mentality’s are brilliant and he reminds you that despite your intent, the perception people have of you is what really matters. The tools and experiences he shares in this book are priceless and reading this book is a MUST if you want to step up your game and build your own empire. Ron Howard is a class act and this book is just another a testament to that and his success! Thank you for sharing your wisdom Ron, you are truly the best of the best!

This book is a easy read with simple but highly effective concepts
This book is a easy read with simple but highly effective concepts. As a Real Estate Agent, applying these methods to my business has helped me develop and grow exponentially as an agent. Having met Ron Howard, it was very clear to see that he truly has embodied the theories presented in his book. This book has helped me develop habits which have strengthen my business and personal connections. I recommend this book for agents who are looking for a better way of doing business outside of, cold calling, door knocking and hounding people for a moment of their time. Overall well worth the read, gained some invaluable information about creating business for Agents.

Very down to earth!
Great job on this book Ron! I am always looking to learn from other successful real estate agents. Many times, what they say is usually focused on money and numbers. Although they’re both very important, I am happy to hear someone speak on the relationship aspect of it which is equally important if not more important. This is a great gem that I’ve shared with other agents even before I finished it. Thank you for wanting to share your knowledge with us.

Good solid clear thinking advice
Ron does a good job describing, in this short and very readable tell-all, how he built a tremendous business from the ground up. He shares some very personal stories and tips on the personal aspects of rebranding oneself and demonstrates why this is so fundamental to success in real estate or for that matter, pretty much any business venture that involves interacting with people (e.g. just about all of them). He goes on to describe his formula for succeeding in biz, giving many good anecdotes and tips along the way. Very useful for real estate and other professional development and a very easy and notable read.

Inspirant
Super bouquin, la personne en question est trés interessante. En gros : arettez de chasser les sous, faites vous une communauté authentique, pas pour les ventes, et l'argent viendra a vous
