***Update***I have had this phone less than three months, my carrier turned off the 3G networks and now it doesn't work. I contacted the carrier and they said "this" 4g doesn't work on their network. They use the AT&T network, so I'm guessing that any other carriers that use their network will also be having issues.I had an older version of this phone that I liked a lot, so I went with this one. I wish the fact the fact that it was a refurb was more prominent in the description. Anyway, I like the phone so far - setting it up was pretty easy and the phone did most of the work for me when I signed into my google account. The keyboard language was set to Japanese and that took some investigating to change. I have PureTalk and I didn't need a new sim card to get the phone to work, though it did wipe out half of my phone numbers.It doesn't seem to be as fast as my old phone and the touch screen seems to be slow to recognize that I am doing something (milliseconds probably, but noticeable to me).I am not surgically attached to my phone like most people are - so this ought to be just fine for the things I need it for.

I bought this as I was looking for a dual sim unlocked cheap phone, firstly the phone itself is good, at least for what I need, is new and comes in sealed box so no issues there. Unfortunately it is not dual sim and seller will not exchange open box. Not sure where the fault lies as I am pretty sure it was listed as dual but with amazon the listing can change and when you click back to it via your orders, it shows only current listing. That being said it is what it is and I will most likely ebay it out and reorder dual sim version of same phone. Again phone is good, seller is good, just print a copy of detail page to keep as record with amazon.

Seller has better customer service then metro. Phone was great metro is just really trying to push 5g phones.

I like the battery life of the phone and the finger print recognition features.

I received the item, but it would always discontinue the setup process and open the factory restore menu. It's a black screen and colored statement on the upper left corner of the screen. The retailer is only offering refund upon return of the unit. But I need a phone now, so I opted to TS it with alcatel. Shipping was too long. Then, to complicate things. It was a gift for my dad. Problem was when they approved for the return. It took a long time for my dad to tell me that the charger was missing the cable broke a long time and the sim card ejector was long gone. Then the window ro return the phone ended. I have a lemon.
