SpeedoMen's Water Shoe Surfwalker Pro 3.0

I ordered these for an upcoming trip to Tulum, Mexico to be used when swimming around the cenotes. I'm a street size 8 and originally ordered the size 8 but when it arrived the length overshot my big toe by at least 3/4 inch. I ordered the size 7 and it fits perfectly. A bit snug but that's how water shoes should fit. When removing the shoe, the inside footbed slipped out but it's supposed to be removeable and can easily be slid back in so not a big deal. I'm a fan of Speedo gear generally (I have swim trunks in a matching blue) and these shoes look great. There's a lot of cheaper options available on Amazon but the negative reviews regarding the quality of those cheaper pairs is what would be expected so I stayed away from them and chose this instead. Hopefully paying a bit more for the Speedo brand and the related level of expected quality will stand the test of time, wear, and its intended purpose.------UPDATE (9/26/19):Tried these out at Sac Atun cenote (underground cave) in Mexico and these held up great. They were perfect for what I needed and very comfortable. Will be using these for all outdoor water adventures going forward and highly recommend!

I bought mine for SIM RACING......just ran these through a quick 45 minute test to see how they'd work out. I actually thought the bottoms would be too hard once I opened the package in the office. I bought 2 different types of footwear (water shoes and 2mm water socks) to try for pressing the pedals without normal shoes or going just bare socks.They do a great job pressing the brake pedal on my Thrustmaster t3pa pedals (with the conical brake mod) confidently, hard, and without slipping around a lot. They are still able to give me some feeling through the overly light throttle pedal and clutch, I imagine they will actually do a good job once I change these pedals out soon for a pretty robust set of PT1's or Clubsports.I wore my normal socks in these, and my feet didn't sweat (keeps them warm yet still breathable). I wear a 10.5-11 US men's shoe size, and I got the size 11, however they are indeed a little large, so if I pick up a 2nd set (likely, just so I have 2) I'll go with the size 10 instead.They look nice in the blue, but I only bought them in that color because they were cheapest lol....however in person, I'm glad I did. Materials are good, stitching is good, and I can't see any problems here thus far.If you're looking for a good set of SIM RACING SHOES, definitely give these a try. They will work just fine for thrustmaster t3pa, t3pa-pro, logitech g25/27/29, and I imagine clubsport pedals.

I had bought these shoes before at the local sports store. I use them as daily shoes. But I wanted a black pair. The store only had them blue and green. So, I bought them here at Amazon. This pair is just as good as the other one. They are so comfortable. They adjust to your foot completely. One of my heels is a little bit displaced due to flat feet. So, with regular walking shoes, it starts feeling uncomfortable after the heel of the shoe softens. But these shoes are always tight, in a relaxed way. It is like having gloves for your feet. Speedo makes great products. I have two Speedo bathing suits and they are very comfortable too.I have read reviews that claim that you can not put these shoes on because the opening is too narrow. It is true that it is narrow. However, if you slide the foot in and then with your finger you stretch it around your ankle, the material stretches and adapts.They are good for water, but once you use them in the water, the inner sole unglues and it does not stay fixed again. I just threw those inner soles away and inserted a Dr. Shoolls inner sole with arch. Now, when I am going in the water with them, I remove the Dr. Shoolls inner sole.

My husband and I LOVE these shoes and find them a great value. I gave him, and me, a pair for Christmas. We moved to the Gulf Coast in August and while loving walking on the beach barefoot these are perfect for cold and/or rainy days. They are of such high quality that we love them for night walks when you might miss something that you didn't want to step on. They look sharp on and are incredibly comfortable. The fit is so flexible I will probably be back for two more pair at an average shoe size for when guests come like we have now.There are a lot of different shoes for beach walking to choose from at Amazon and I really feel I actually made the right choice my first time around.

I had the previous version of these in a size 11 and they fit wonderfully. Now I purchase these and the size 11 is way too small. I can hardly get my foot inside the shoe because they are too narrow in the hole where you put your shoe, and on the inside.I would highly recommend sizing up on these. I have not purchased the size higher, so I can't say if the shoe brand itself will work for me in the end, only that I purchased the 2.0 version a while back and those still fit perfect. If you can find the 2.0 version, I would recommend those instead.

Great shoes. Held up great. We tried other cheaper versions and they were defnot as good. I highly recommend these water shoes.

I confess I’m not an outdoor guy, no beach/surfwalkin for me.But these shoes are incredibly versatile as a house slipper.Comfortable, lightweight, fit well, look good and you can venture outdoors on a wet, rainy day for chores.They are my Go-To slippers at home.Staying in a Lodge this winter, I even wore them to the Lounge and Dining Room. Looked fine and fashionable.These are my second pair, lasted over two years daily use.I even purchased two pair last time, a pair and a spare, planning for the future.
