This case fits my Kobo Clara HD perfectly. - Simple and good looking. Feels like well-made quality. The auto on/off Sleep Mode works well. When the front cover is open it lies flat against the backside of the case. My hands are medium to large size, and I find this case easy to hold in one hand while reading. I think in most situations the case will protect the Kobo device if accidentally dropped. This style of case does not have a stand, but I like that the slim shape can easily slide in and out of my jacket inner pocket.

I've had this case on my Kobo since I got it back in 2020, it hasn't broken, frayed, or gotten dirty much at all. The only complaint I have is that sometimes it doesn't magnetize shut, which makes my Kobo lose battery power even when I'm not using it. Otherwise, I've loved it. Grippy material and good color.

This case is absolutely perfect for my Kobo Clara HD. It's slim and lightweight, but it still provides excellent protection. The leather looks great and I love that it has a built-in magnet that automatically wakes up or puts my Kobo to sleep when I open or close the cover. It's also very affordable, which is a huge plus. This Kobo Clara HD case is just what I needed: an affordable cute case that automatically puts the ereader to sleep once closed. I feel like this adds a layer of protection to my ereader and I don’t feel as weird just leaving it out. It is still kind of smooth and has slipped from my hands occasionally. The inside of the cover that goes over the screen is smooth and soft. It was easy to put the reader into the case, I literally just slot it in. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a Kobo Clara HD case.

I tried to sterilize with alcohol and the gloss finish started rubbing off instantly and creating a cloudy haze of chemicals that took hours to buff off.Now it has an odd white grimy appearance similar to ET the extra terrestrial in the scene where he got sick. Ugh!Waste of money. Also the poly lining (gray stuff) of this case is SO rough to the touch. Ruins the Kobo experience. Just splurge for the Kobo brand case.

I have a Kobo Clara and a Libra 2. I like the ability to read epub books and their ability to remove pubs.Although I still like and use my Clara, my wife refuses to use the Libra because of associated nuisances. The Libra fails to detect eject about 50% of time; Libra battery failed in less than a year; both hang frequently and revert you back several chapters or sometime to a differtnt book; random highlighting is a nuisance and can't be turned off. Although I like and enjoy my Kobos when they work it seems that they have been released way before their system testers passed them or the developers or product managers refuse to listen to testers. Has potential to be a great product.

I loved adding some fun to my Kobo e-reader. This fits great and the color/description is accurate.

The sleep function doesn't work so I keep getting a flat e-reader :(
