As you can see our dog is fairly small. She is 9 pounds and her back is 17 inches long so large worked best. I first ordered a medium and it looked like a small shirt and half of her body was exposed. The large is a little bit loose around her girth and neck but covers her entire back.

This sweater is super cute, but the little pompoms fall right off....two fell off while I was taking the sweater out of the package. I still give it 4 stars because the sweater itself seems decent and the pompoms are really only a small addition to the elf...even without them there, it's still a cute elf sweater :) Sizing is always an issue when buying online, and my corgis usually wear size M in most dog clothes. Looking at the size chart on this sweater, however, I decided to go with a size Large and glad I did. It fits well...a little loose on my petite girl (22lbs) but the overall fit is great, so I'd say these sweaters fit a bit on the small side.

My husband bought the green and white striped and we loved it so much that we got the red and green for her too. The green and white is a turtleneck, which works out well on her but the red and green neck started stretching after a few wears. Since our main reason for buying was the keep her a bit warmer outside, we are going to use them until they wear out or she outgrows them. Would definitely buy the green again, but not the red.

I received this sweater today and it's looks like it's been worn, returned and repacked then shipped to me. It's dirty and seams are unraveling. It's not expensive but I at least expected something new. Returned for refund.

Well...for the 5 minutes I could keep my cat in it...she looked adorable! So...it's very cute if you can get your pet to stay in it. Sizing is accurate and the style is just too cute.

Fit perfectly (medium size)for my Shi Tzu 16 pounds. A lot of compliments. He look soooooo cute.

Did not expect much considering the price but wanted them to last thru several washes and the holiday season; they did. The 2 sweaters are still wearable so can't complain too much. We live in Florida so they did not get a rough work out.

Fit great on my German Shepherd! I ordered an extra large for her. Like any pet clothing, I’d measure your pet before you purchase but the size seems to be accurate to the measurements. She looks so cute and so warm in it! Perfect for winter!
