Helping my little boy learn numbers and times also which is an added bonus. Sleep monitor is fantastic in actually seeing what they get and how good a sleep. It is very susceptible to any movement which even in a car is a little bit of a cheat, however doesn’t effect too much.One down side is my little boy isn’t old enough to have his own phone so we have added the app to my phone and unless you log on with him next to me every day not everything is synced and recorded.

Right size for my wrist as an adult with small wrist, easy to use and good accurate step counter and calories checking and long battery life. Love the sedentary alert to make me move from my chair. After using for more than year and half , the end connector to the wrist band broke off and I couldn’t use the watch any longer. I have contacted the support team and they have immediately respond to myself and sent a new watch replacement. Really happy with the watch and the response/ communication from the bigger five company.

The product was a Christmas Present for my granddaughter. She was thrilled with it and wears it everyday. Looks smart and does the job of tracking her steps. As a young cross country runner she was delighted with the information. We are not sure the tracker came apart and one end was stuck in the strap. I contacted Bigger five and after a few short emails describing the break they replaced the tracker immediately. My granddaughter had the lovely surprise of it coming through her post box a few days later. Thankyou Bigger five.

I bought this for my little lad as all his older brothers have activity trackers and like to compete against eachother. The product is easy to use and gives great data through the app. Unfortunately the little lad took it off one night and it got sat on breaking one of the arms and he was heartbroken. I contacted the seller as there's a one year warrenty and no questions asked they sent a replacement. Top quality customer service.

It's a nice watch the alarm works well.. looks trendy but not sure if it counts steps correctly. I have seen step counts increase even when seated in a car...

First fitbit I've ever bought, and am really happy with it. I signed up to do 100 Miles in March for Mind, amazing charity, and needed/wanted to record my steps/miles. It's a bit fiddly to set up, but once I had, it's easy to use. To charge it, I use a USB slot in my laptop, and you need to switch the laptop on, as I found after several attempts to get it to charge! I assumed that you would just plug it into a switched off laptop, while the laptop is charging, but it needs to be on.It was fully charged after two hours, and the battery lasted 5 days, which is brilliant. It's a touch screen, and you pretty much press the little white '0' and it takes you through about 5 screens, showing the time/date, how many steps, miles, calories and how long it's taken you. It's fairly comfortable on the wrist, easily adjusted just like a normal watch strap. Good value for the price. 😊

Bought this product as a Christmas present. After charging it just buzzed every few seconds and produced gibberish on the display. Could not turn it off or stop the buzzing. Sent it back and ordered another one. After charging it too just buzzed every few seconds and produced gibberish on the display. Also will not stop buzzing and cannot turn it off. Have been sent some instructions from the manufacturer to plug/unplug the watch after various time intervals - fingers crossed.

Perfect fit for my skinny wrist and strap is very secure. Removing the strap for charging is a bit stiff in the beginning. Good value for money and easy to install on my phone.
