Unabiker KTM 08-15 250, 350, 450, 500, 505,530 4 Stroke Radiator Guards - Bare Aluminum

Really impressed, American-made (even the aluminum is American-sourced) and really well thought out. There are extremely strong bars that support the rear of the radiator, and even one that goes from one radiator to the next, really improving it's crush-resistance. Fit fine over the radiator fan and there was a machined hole for the horn. Read the instructions twice and install was easy.Specific to the 2015 KTM 500: The only thing that wasn't perfect was bolting the tank-fairing to the radiator - the guard interferes with the bolt's head, just barely. I found a different fastener that worked, no biggie.

These look good, but installation wasn't all that easy. I couldn't fit the piece on that connects the two together.

I was really impressed with these guards. I feel that they are very well designed and built. The instructions are clear and helpful. And I think these will offer really good protection. I like all the cross bars including the support bar that connects the radiators together making the whole assembly extra rigid. And the whole package is very light weight. Like I said, I think everything was designed very well. and very well thought out. Great job unabiker!
